My name is Heidi Rodewald and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) serving the greater East Valley of Phoenix! Whether you want to book some time in my studio or prefer in-your-own-home or at work services, I offer therapeutic, customizable treatment for relaxation, stress relief, chronic muscle tension, and healing.

After a 15-year career in corporate America with countless hours belabored behind the all too familiar computer screen, I felt a disconnect with my body, mind, and spirit. What began as a mere whisper beckoning me to make a change, turned into a thunderclap that compelled me on this journey, this “call to service” to seek a path that connects us to each other, and connects us back to our own bodies.
